WIPER SILICONE

In restaurant equipment, silicone has many uses including as a sealant. In addition, as non-toxic material, silicone can be used where contact with food is required and is frequently used in kitchen utensils, oven mitts, matting and more. It's water and heat resistance allow silicone to be used in common foodservice equipment parts such as washers, o-rings, gaskets, tubing and hoses.

A wiper is a device on a machine consisting of a squeegee or blade on a mechanical arm for wiping or clearing. Wipers are commonly used in ice machines, mixers, blenders, breading machines, cutting equipment and dish washing machines.  A wiper may also be a manual device with a handle serving a similar purpose.
