Orders received before 4PM Eastern for in-stock items will be processed and shipped the same business day*.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED F.O.B. SHIPPING POINT (the buyer takes delivery of goods being shipped to it by a supplier once the goods leave the supplier's shipping dock), with freight costs and handling fees charged to the customer. COD shipments are not permitted. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Other terms and conditions may apply to special orders including freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, etc. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

*Certain items require shipping via freight in which case we will contact you in advance of filling your order as additional delivery time and shipping charges may be required. Similarly, certain items that have been replaced by the manufacturer with updated versions may require additional charges that must be approved by the purchaser in advance of shipment.
